Alhamdulillah, the Centre for Academic Development and Training (CAD) has been tasked to improve the quality of academic programs and professional development among academic staff UTHM in order to produce quality and competitive graduates and academic staffs in the global arena.

As the central reference point for promoting soft skills, CAD's role is to disseminate knowledge in the field of non-technical as nurturing and developing leadership skills, morals and ethics. This can produce outstanding and competent individuals in various fields.
